April Meeting: J2EE Integration for Call Centers

Assuming you run a call center. What strategy would you use to develop and integrate an application managing your call center? How would you reduce cost while improving usability and control of the information?

Mr. Douglas Mbiandou, representing Objis, will demonstrate how Java and J2EE can answer all these questions.

About Douglas Mbiandou

Driver of the project Objis Consulting, Douglas Mbiandou is a graduate in Engineering of the University INSA in Lyon, France. He worked during 5 years in a large Service corporation in Data processing (software firm) which enabled him to develop a technical expertise in Information system projects in France and abroad (the USA, Geneva...), in particular on open source technologies such as JAVA. He then wondered how to gain a living while adding his contribution to the developpment of Africa. Objis and the Club of Numerical Solidarity, which he chairs, helped him meet his goal.
