Topic: What is AJAX?

El Mehdi Lahlou is going to answer this question at the next SeneJUG meeting.

AJAX is a web development technique used for creating interactive web applications. It makes web pages feel more responsive by exchanging small amounts of data with the server behind the scenes, so that the entire web page does not have to be reloaded each time the user requests a change. The web site becomes more interactive, faster, and can have more functionality, and usability.

About El Mehdi Lahlou

El Mehdi is originally from Morocco. He is pursuing an engineering degree in Information Technology at the University of Cheihk Anta Diop. He has participated in many complex projects such as the Administration and Management Utility of the Customs' Department in Senegal "Gainde" and ERP transaction systems for the medical industry.

El Mehdi Lahlou speaks fluent French, Arabic, and English. He loves to play football (a.k.a. soccer) and practices Aikido.
